园区成立于2019年12月18日，场地所有权归属柏豪光机电科技上海有限公司，由原一成科技与柏豪集团联合投资兴建，项目总投资约5亿元，产业规划将引进国内外新兴科技型企业、涵盖半导体传感器、新能源、高端装备制造产研发领域实体等;未来5年预计园区年可实现产值超过20亿元税收1-2亿元。
简介：柏豪AI科技园建园四年来，现已成功引进有半导体集成电路、传感器生产、研发中心；各类型实验室、绿能科技；航空航天光学；通信军工；先进智能制造；电子电控；医疗器械，贸易办事处等板块。
